While Fanbase and Spill have just entered the creator economy space, more specifically monetization, they are joining Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Youtube, and X in a battle for social connections and watch time. However, this new entry validates the market we are going after and with Minchyn focused on providing brand deals and creator value in real-time, our approach differentiates us from the major players.
The risk is establishing network effects alongside the current markets. As the market continues to suffer from the lack of democratization in the creator economy, Minchyn is well positioned to usher in a more effective creator monetization system via automated brand deals, tools, and resources. To do this, we intend to raise $3M in new equity capital. This equity will be used to build our engineering team to support our incoming CTO and our incoming elite software engineers, as well as our market builders (sales), a GTM arm (including sales, marketing, and customer success).

In order to build the Prototype and MVP, we raised $25k (Non-Dilutive) from Family + Friends. Due to prioritizing product market fit and speed to market we decided to design the hi-fidelity prototype internally but outsource the development using SWE Volunteers, this allowed us to test the hypothesis in order to raise further funding and ultimately attract the shortlisted talent to fill out the team.
